How long will it take for my brownies to arrive?
We bake our brownies fresh to order. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, and shipping via UPS or USPS usually takes an additional 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer options for those with food allergies?
Our brownies are produced in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we offer some flavors without nut ingredients, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
How should I store my brownies once they arrive?
For the best experience, consume within 5 days of arrival. You can store them in an airtight container at room temperature, or freeze them for up to 3 months to preserve freshness.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is packaged and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number to follow your treats to your door.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
